Tier List
A Tier List is basically a rating system for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl battling. Most commonly used Pokémon that are very strong are in OverUsed, and so on.
Rules for Standard Play
- No Ubers
- No 1 Hit Knock Out Moves (Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, ect.)
- No duplicate Pokémon in a team, but evolutions are fine (Espeon and Eevee in a team is fine, ect.)
Optional Rules
- No items
- Certain Levels (30 and under, ect.)
- Other Tiers (UU battle, ect.)
